Your time is a finite resource and as a leader you need to be strategic and invest it well. So, let us answer some common logistical questions for you.

How many people participate in a group or team program?
A typical program includes 6-8 people. There’s no magic number for group size in the research. Our goal is for the group to be large enough to provide a healthy diversity of experiences and small enough for each leader to receive individual attention and support for their goals.

How often will my group or team meet?
Meetings are held monthly. This cadence allows time for you to put your learnings into practice between sessions.

Where do we meet?
Online via Zoom. You will receive your cohort’s unique meeting schedule and meeting details at the beginning of the program.

Do I need to attend every session?
For your success and the success of your cohort, we do ask that you commit to attending all of the group meetings. Meetings are not recorded to ensure safe, confidential space for open communication.
We are also very realistic and understand that sometimes things arise that require changing these plans, in these cases we ask that you take responsibility for informing the group and catching yourself up on topics covered.

What other activities (besides group meetings) are included each month?
Each month, you’ll receive a variety of materials on relevant leadership topics for you to explore and discuss with your cohort. You will also be applying your learning to situations in your professional capacity and practicing active reflection on your progress and impact. You may have working meetings with other members of the cohort outside the full cohort meetings.
